Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via standard USPS mail unless otherwise noted.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines depend on carrier performance and destination and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. Tracking information will be included when available.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Loblolly Press is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at loblolly.publishing@gmail.com. We will assist in initiating a carrier inquiry when appropriate.
